Trade the block,
not the chart.

An OTC desk for pump.fun coins. List a big bag as a block at your price, or post a standing bid. Buyers fill all or part through escrow, settled in one transaction. The chart never sees it.

The dump problem

A big bag on the chart costs every holder.

On a bonding curve a large market sell drags the price for everyone who stays. On the desk the same block trades at an agreed price between two holders, through escrow, and the chart line holds.

Dumped on the chart Illustrative

Selling 12.0M $OTTER at market: est. -6.8% in one candle, paid by every holder who stays.

Traded on the desk Illustrative

The same block changes hands through escrow in one transaction, at a price both sides agreed. The chart never sees it.

The left side is an estimate of what the same block would have done on the curve at that moment. Prices move for many reasons; nothing here predicts one.

How it works

List, escrow, fill, settle.

The same four steps run in reverse for a standing bid: your SOL waits in escrow and sellers hit it.

  1. 1

    List the block

Pick a block of your bag (0.5% of supply and up) and a price: a fixed SOL ask, or a % above or below the live chart. Add a minimum fill and an expiry from 1 hour to 7 days.

  2. 2

    It sits in escrow

You sign one token transfer into the coin's desk escrow, tagged with your listing's memo. It is verified on chain before the listing opens. Cancel any time to take the rest back.

  3. 3

    A buyer fills it

Buyers take all of it or part, above the minimum fill. Each fill is quoted for 60 seconds with the amount reserved, and the buyer signs one SOL transfer into escrow.

  4. 4

    Settled in one transaction

One keeper transaction sends the tokens to the buyer and the SOL to you, minus a 1% fill fee (half to the coin's vault, half to Backroom). The chart never sees the trade.

Off the chart

Big bags change hands quietly.

A 2% block market-sold on a bonding curve can print a long red candle. On the desk it trades at a price two holders agreed on, and the chart line does not move. Every print shows the impact it avoided, as an estimate.

Escrow

Both sides are escrowed. One transaction settles.

Listings hold the seller's tokens, bids hold the buyer's SOL, each tagged with its own memo in the coin's desk escrow. Quotes reserve the amount for 60 seconds. Late or invalid deposits go back in full.

The house bid

The vault bids too, and burns what it buys.

50% of creator fees fund each coin's vault. It bids at the live price minus 5%, up to 25% of itself per day and 2% per wallet, and burns every token it buys. It also collects half of every fill fee.

FAQ

Questions from the desk.

The full rules are on the rules page.

Who is on the other side of my trade?+

Another holder (or the coin's vault, for the house bid). Backroom never trades against you. It escrows both sides and settles the trade in one transaction.

Why not just sell on pump.fun?+

A big market sell moves the price for everyone. On the desk you name your price for the whole block and wait for a buyer who agrees. It may take longer, and it may never fill.

What does it cost?+

A 1% fill fee, paid out of the seller's SOL: 0.5% to the coin's vault, 0.5% to Backroom. Listing, bidding and cancelling are free apart from network fees.

Can I cancel?+

Any time. The unfilled rest goes back to you in one transaction as soon as no live 60-second quote holds part of it. Expiry does the same automatically.

Who holds the escrow?+

The Backroom keeper: an encrypted key per coin, allowlisted and capped transactions, every movement public on chain with a memo you can check.

Is anything guaranteed?+

No. A listing or a bid may never fill, prices move, and memecoins can go to zero. Chart impact avoided is an estimate. Nothing here is financial advice.
